Return/Refund Policy

At Erie Yacht Club, we want to be sure you are fully satisfied with your merchandise purchases. Therefore, we accept returns for refund or size adjustment within 30 days of the date shipped. Items must be returned undamaged with the original packaging and receipt. Shipping charges are not refundable for returns or size adjustments. If you need to return an item, you may want to insure your return, as we cannot be responsible for lost returns. If you paid for your order by credit card, a credit will be issued

The EYC Constitution and By Laws provide guidance on all expenditures at EYC.

All refunds regarding dues, slip fees, assessments and all other non-tangible items are subject to review by the board of directors.
